What You’ll Be Doing

Conceptualization & Design:

● Work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring alignment with their requirements and budget.

● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that exceed client expectations.

● Create mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and compelling design presentations.

● Source high-quality materials, ensuring timely and cost efficient procurement.

Client Interaction:

● Foster strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.

● Present design proposals with confidence, incorporating client feedback seamlessly.

● Guide clients in discovering their style preferences while considering budget and timeline constraints.

Team Management:

● Mentor and inspire junior designers, nurturing their professional growth.

● Collaborate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, for smooth project execution. 

Job Requirements

 ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. 

● Experience: Minimum 3 years in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects. 

● Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is a plus.

● Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, 3dsMax, Corona, Coohom, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, spreadsheets, and email tools. 

● Industry Knowledge: Expertise in construction materials, furniture, and fixtures. 

● Key Traits: Keen eye for ergonomics, space flow, and aesthetics. 

● Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and project management abilities. 

● Leadership: Proven mentoring and team management capabilities. 

● Adaptability: Open to constructive feedback and capable of handling challenges with a positive attitude.
