Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess at least a recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and DOSH registered (GREEN Book / Card Holder).
2. Proven experience in the development and implementation of SHE procedures, plans, incentive programs, and training programs.
3. A minimum of 8 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years experience in the position.
4. Familiar with HSE codes, standards, procedures, and regulations.
5. Shall be skilled in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and possess a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NIOSH (National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent professional qualification.
6. Skilled in incident reporting and the investigation process as per company requirements.
7. Possess process safety, Safety Assessment, HAZID, and HAZOP skills and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of the HSE Team.
2. Shall be responsible for HSE compliance to contract.
3. Shall be responsible to lead Pre-mobilization Induction for crew.
4. Shall participate in company constructability review, HAZID / HAZOP review, IPOP, risk assessment and meetings.
5. Shall be responsible for Pre-Mobilization Inspection for vessel mobilization.
6. Shall be responsible for ensuring personnel mob to offshore have fulfilled HSE mandatory training and are medically fit.
7. Develop and ensure compliance with HSE procedures, plans, incentive programs and regulatory requirements.
8. Lead/participate in incident investigation and follow up on close out (as when required).
9. Shall be responsible for conducting HSE campaign and Safety Stand down.
