Sales Operations &amp; Fulfilment
<ul>
<li>Oversee and manage daily sales operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment, timely delivery, and optimal customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Monitor, coordinate, and manage stock levels, inventory, and logistics to facilitate efficient order processing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Sales &amp; Marketing Director to develop and implement streamlined sales processes.</li>
<li>Plan and execute in-house promotions and roadshows, working with the mall's A&amp;P team to boost sales revenue and brand visibility.</li>
</ul>
After-Sales Service
<ul>
<li>Ensure the delivery of prompt and effective after-sales service, including addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the service team to resolve post-sales issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.</li>

Corporate Sales &amp; Leads Management
<ul>
<li>Take the initiative in managing corporate sales leads, following up with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Ergoworks products.</li>
<li>Respond to corporate sales inquiries, providing accurate and detailed product information.</li>
<li>Prepare and send customized quotations aligned with client needs and specifications.</li>
</ul>
Retail HR Management
<ul>
<li>Assist with retail HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of retail staff.</li>
<li>Work closely with the HR department to ensure effective staff scheduling, rotation, and compliance with company policies.</li>
<li>Support the development and implementation of employee development programs to enhance team performance.</li>

Ad-Hoc Duties

<li>Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management, including assisting with sales reporting, market research, and other operational needs.</li>
