Job Description

 

🛠 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer data in the system
  • Handle appointment scheduling and basic customer follow-ups
  • Assist in document processing, filing, and administrative coordination
  • Use office software to prepare simple reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Assist in tracking job card workflow and service records
  • Perform other general admin support tasks as assigned

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak and read Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Form & Google Drive
  • Good communication skills and a responsible attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • No experience and fresh graduates are welcome
  • No automotive knowledge required
