Job Description

Duties And Responsibility

  • Handle full set of accounting work such as AR, AP, Management Account, Bank Reconciliation Financial Statement, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget, SST and E-Invoicing Reporting
  • Responsible for furnishing tax information to tax agent, checking and finalizing their queries and ensure tax computation ready as schedule
  • Preparation payments according to payment cycle for multiple vendor
  • Preparation management and financial statement analysis reports.
  • Financial and SST report preparation and submission
  • Statutory payment and report
  • E-invoicing and follow regulations
  • Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate, timely payment and compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
  • Overseeing an accounts department team involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting functions, and managing the team's performance and development.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties and when assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

  • A Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy
  • Handle and prepare full set management accounts for multiple companies
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discretion, interpret guideline and resolve nonstandard work problems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting Software
  • Able to speak & write in good English, Malay, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • SST and E-Invoicing experience preferred
  • Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi- task
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good time management especially in meeting timelines
