Duties And Responsibility
<ul>
<li>Handle full set of accounting work such as AR, AP, Management Account, Bank Reconciliation Financial Statement, Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget, SST and E-Invoicing Reporting</li>
<li>Responsible for furnishing tax information to tax agent, checking and finalizing their queries and ensure tax computation ready as schedule</li>
<li>Preparation payments according to payment cycle for multiple vendor</li>
<li>Preparation management and financial statement analysis reports.</li>
<li>Financial and SST report preparation and submission</li>
<li>Statutory payment and report</li>
<li>E-invoicing and follow regulations</li>
<li>Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate, timely payment and compliance with all statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.</li>
<li>Overseeing an accounts department team involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting functions, and managing the team's performance and development.</li>
<li>Assist in other ad-hoc duties and when assigned from time to time </li>
