Indoor Sales Coordinator

We are a leading provider of plastic products, dedicated to delivering quality and innovative solutions to our customers and are looking to expand our Sales team to saturate the market. Key Responsibilities

  • We have a lot of walk-in and in-person customer enquiries so you must enjoy engaging with potential customers in-person, online and phone inquiries, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • You will need to build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Achieve and / or exceed assigned sales targets by proactively closing sales deals, effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Adapt to feedback and refine sales approaches to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with a passion for closing deals.
  • Must be conversational in Mandarin and Malay; conversational and proven written ability in English. 
  • Ability to adapt to feedback, learn quickly, and improve sales techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in closing Sales and meeting Revenue Targets.
