Job Description

- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and execute brand guideline and asset libraries, ensuring brand consistency and strong market presence, enhance brand performance and drive business growth.

- Design compelling visuals that align with creative briefs for various platforms, including Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, Facebook, company websites and more!

- Adapt different art styles to suit various platforms and audiences.

- Translate complex information into engaging and visually appealing graphics.

- Illustrate in multiple styles and create lively, impactful illustrations.

- Design and prepare printed materials for production such as brochure, leaflet, poster, bunting, merchandise and more.

- Develop and evolve brand mascots (MeBot & REMY) to enhance brand identity.

- Create and illustrate and keep updating company asset library.

- Performing ad-hoc tasks as required to support team objectives and project needs.

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.

- Technical Skills:

    - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom and Adobe Creative Cloud Software.

    - Experience with Figma, Procreate, and Blender is a plus.

- Design Expertise:

    - Strong graphic design and illustration skills with a keen eye for detail.

    - Ability to analyze, interpret, and creatively translate concepts and content into visually compelling and functional designs.

- Language Proficiency:

    - Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

    - Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

- Soft Skills:

    - Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

    - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
