About the Job 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of their work. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative and operational support within a fast-paced environment. 

As an Admin Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of office operations, facilities management, and cross-departmental coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting different teams across the organization. 

Interns may be required to travel to HQ (Finexus Campus) as backup support when necessary. 

Responsibilities 

Office Facilities Management 

  •  Assist in maintaining office facilities (e.g., workstations, furniture, elevators)
    • Liaise with internal and external parties for maintenance and repairs 

Access Control & Connectivity 

  •  Assist in managing office access systems and Wi-Fi connectivity
    • Support employee offboarding processes and asset verification 

Transportation & Commuting 

  •  Assist in coordinating Tower Commute bookings 

Parking Management 

  •  Assist in managing parking allocation and usage 

Business Card Management 

  •  Manage business card requests and preferences 

Stationery & Office Equipment 

  •  Assist in monitoring office supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance 

Dispatch & Mileage Claims 

  •  Prepare monthly mileage claims
    • Ensure timely arrangement and dispatch of daily documents 

Maintenance Worker Documentation & OT 

  •  Assist in processing overtime claims for maintenance workers 

Café Operations Support 

  •  Design and print café menus aligned with company branding 

Petty Cash Administration 

  •  Record and track petty cash transactions (e.g., café, pantry, decorations, renovations) 

Ad Hoc Support 

  •  Assist managers and directors with assigned administrative tasks
