Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts intern to support our Finance team in daily accounting and administrative tasks. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in financial operations, bookkeeping and exposure to real-world accounting practices in a Corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts and payments into accounting system
• Organise and maintain financial records, both physical and digital
• Help with monthly closing activities, including reconciling supplier statements
• Support filing of documents for audit and tax compliance purposes
• Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks assigned

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational and time management
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Willing to learn and contribute in a learning-oriented environment
