Position Overview:

As an Intern at Food Market Hub, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients through seamless data transfer from our system. You will be primarily

focusing on the data management of the customer and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage spreadsheets to track important customer information.
2. Update customer information in a database.
3. Organise existing data in a spreadsheet.
4. Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
5. Review data for deficiencies or errors.
6. Provide administrative support.
7. Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
8. Type in data quickly and efficiently.
9. Delivery updates and manage customers expectations.

Job Requirements

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - especially sheets and excel
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Creative thinking and the ability to propose process improvement
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
