Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth service, quality control, and excellent customer experience
   
• Manage and motivate café staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
   
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination to ensure stock efficiency
   
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards in line with company policies
   
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
   
• Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities
   
• Work closely with management on sales targets, reporting, and process improvements
   
• Ensure cash handling, POS systems, and daily reconciliations are accurate

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or F&B management role
   
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
   
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
   
• Organized, reliable, and hands-on in daily operations
   
• Able to start immediately
   
• Basic knowledge of costing, inventory, and scheduling systems
   
• Passionate about hospitality, customer service, and café culture
