About Foodicious

Foodicious is building an ecosystem platform for food brands to launch, validate, and scale through expos, digital commerce, and industry connections.

We do more than run events. We help brands generate demand, validate products, and grow revenue through commercial marketing execution.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive demand generation across Foodicious’ core business lines:

  • Foodicious Expo: visitor registrations and event turnout
  • Exhibitor acquisition: B2B lead generation for brands and partners
  • Foodpreneur programmes: paid sign-ups and conversion support

This is a performance-led marketing role focused on traffic, leads, funnel improvement, and campaign execution. You will work closely with internal and external teams to launch campaigns, improve conversion performance, and support measurable business growth.


Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1) Paid Media Execution

Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads

Support campaign performance through:

  • audience targeting and testing
  • creative coordination
  • budget pacing
  • ongoing optimisation against CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality

2) Lead Generation and Acquisition

Execute campaigns to generate:

  • visitor registrations
  • exhibitor enquiries
  • programme sign-ups

Support both:

  • B2C acquisition for visitors and programme participants
  • B2B lead generation for exhibitors, partners, and food brands

3) Funnel and Conversion Support

Support campaign conversion performance across the user journey:

  • click
  • landing page visit
  • registration or enquiry
  • attendance or purchase

This includes:

  • assisting with landing page and registration flow setup
  • running retargeting campaigns
  • identifying drop-off points and suggesting improvements

4) Campaign Operations

Execute marketing campaigns for:

  • expos
  • roadshows
  • promotional programmes
  • growth initiatives

Coordinate with:

  • designers
  • content creators
  • influencers or KOL partners
  • external vendors or freelancers

Ensure campaigns go live on time and align with the intended objective and audience.

5) Tracking, Reporting, and Optimisation

Track weekly campaign performance and prepare clear reporting on:

  • leads generated
  • cost per lead
  • conversion rate
  • campaign performance by channel and audience
  • key learnings and recommended next actions

Work with the team to improve performance based on data, not assumptions.

6) Content and Influencer Support

Support campaign execution by coordinating:

  • ad creatives
  • short-form content inputs
  • influencer or KOL deliverables

Ensure assets are aligned to campaign goals, audience intent, and conversion objectives.

KPIs

You will be measured on outcomes such as:

  • number of leads generated
  • cost per lead
  • landing page or registration conversion rate
  • campaign execution accuracy and speed
  • contribution to revenue-driving campaigns

This role suits someone who is comfortable working with numbers, performance targets, and continuous optimisation.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Basic understanding of:
    • conversion funnels
    • campaign tracking
    • retargeting
    • landing page performance
  • Comfortable working with performance data and campaign metrics
  • Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with clear commercial targets

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4
  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, event tracking, or other conversion tracking tools
  • Experience supporting B2B lead generation or event marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with CRM or lead reporting workflows
  • Experience coordinating external creative or media partners
