Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team in daily accounting operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world accounting practices, financial reporting, and compliance in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in data entry and bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL)
2. Support preparation of invoices, payments, and receipts
3. Assist with monthly closing activities
4. Help reconcile bank statements and accounts
5. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
6. Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules
7. Support audit, tax, and compliance documentation when required
8. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
4. Familiar with accounting software is an advantage
5. Good attention to detail and accuracy
6. Willingness to learn and positive attitude
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team
