And today, thousands of customers discover and purchase our products every day through Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

To keep that engine running smoothly, we’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organised E-Commerce Executive to join our team.

Not someone who just updates listings.

Not someone who waits for instructions.

🎯 Your Mission

Make sure our e-commerce operations run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably every single day.

You’ll support the growth of Fusion Cosmetics’ official stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, ensuring orders, inventory, logistics, and platform performance are handled with precision.

Your work will help ensure:

Orders are processed quickly and accurately

Platform metrics stay healthy and compliant

Customers receive fast responses and great service

Campaigns and promotions run smoothly

Our e-commerce stores continue to scale

📦 What You’ll Be Responsible For

🛒 E-Commerce Operations

Support the daily operations of our Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop official stores

Process and monitor orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment

Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and inventory replenishment

Ensure platforms meet required performance metrics such as:

-Chat response rate

-Fast handover rate

-Order fulfilment timelines

📊 Platform Management

Work within Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Seller Centres

Monitor listings, pricing, campaigns, and stock availability

Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and internal tracking

💬 Customer Support

Handle customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms

Provide solutions to issues such as delivery delays, product questions, and order concerns

Ensure customers receive a smooth and positive buying experience

🤝 Campaign & Team Support

Work closely with the e-commerce manager, marketing team, and design team

Support platform campaigns, promotions, and other sales initiatives

Assist with campaign preparation during all sale days especially during peak periods

⭐ What You Need To Be Great At

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop Seller Centres

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Job Requirements

📚 Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any relevant field

1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or FMCG industry

Experience managing Official Mall stores on Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred

Must be computer literate and comfortable with online systems

Possess own transportation (may occasionally need to drop parcels at courier drop-off point)

Able to work on-site at our Jaya One office
