As part of our growing e-commerce team, you will be responsible to assist the team in maintaining our e-commerce stores (on Shopee, Lazada &amp; TikTok), work closely with our e-commerce partners with the goal of developing our amazing beauty brands (which includes I'm From, Dear Klairs, Celimax, Fation, Wellage, Mustela, etc) and growing our sales. 
<ul>
<li>Support the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms including order processing, logistic and inventory matters;</li>
<li>Assist in ensuring all e-commerce platforms are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, inventory replenishment etc.;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide timely and effective customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving pending issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining chat response rate required by the platforms;</li>
<li>Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.</li>
</ul>

This job is an exciting internship in e-commerce where you&#x27;ll help manage online stores for popular Korean and French skincare brands. You might like this job because you’ll dive into the beauty industry and support fun sales campaigns and promotions!
