Job Summary

To execute and optimize WonderLab’s e-commerce operations across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and brand.com. The E-commerce Executive ensures product listings, promotions, inventory, and content are maintained with excellence to drive sales growth, traffic conversion, and customer satisfaction in line with brand and commercial objectives 

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Store & Listing Management

• Maintain and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product pages follow brand guidelines and remain optimized for conversion (keyword relevance, visual consistency, cross-selling).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  

2. Promotion & Campaign Execution

• Execute platform campaigns, flash sales, and bundle promotions according to monthly calendars.
• Liaise with platform key account managers to secure participation in mega campaigns (e.g., 3.3, 6.6, 11.11).
• Track promotion performance and submit post-campaign sales reports with learnings and ROI.
  

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, best-selling SKUs, and basket size.
• Support weekly and monthly business reviews with data and insights for management.
• Identify underperforming SKUs and propose corrective actions (price adjustment, bundle, content refresh).

4. Content & Creative Coordination

• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure updated visuals, copywriting, and assets for campaigns.
• Brief and upload TikTok Shop LIVE thumbnails, vouchers, and promotion visuals.
• Assist in content scheduling for affiliate or influencer seeding campaigns.

5. Customer Experience & Review Management

• Monitor customer reviews, respond to inquiries promptly, and escalate product issues to relevant departments.
• Track customer satisfaction metrics and ensure after-sales service aligns with brand standards.

6. Cross-Channel Collaboration

• Work with Operations on logistics efficiency, order fulfillment accuracy, and delivery timeliness.
• Collaborate with the Retail and Marketing teams for unified promotions and inventory planning.
• Support CRM initiatives such as voucher programs or repurchase incentives to drive retention.
   

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
• Skills & Competencie
• Proficient in Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop Seller Centers.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills for sales data interpretation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI) is an advantage
