Job Summary
To execute and optimize WonderLab’s e-commerce operations across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and brand.com. The E-commerce Executive ensures product listings, promotions, inventory, and content are maintained with excellence to drive sales growth, traffic conversion, and customer satisfaction in line with brand and commercial objectives&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Store &amp; Listing Management
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure product pages follow brand guidelines and remain optimized for conversion (keyword relevance, visual consistency, cross-selling).</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. </li>
</ul>
2. Promotion &amp; Campaign Execution
<ul>
<li>Execute platform campaigns, flash sales, and bundle promotions according to monthly calendars.</li>
<li>Liaise with platform key account managers to secure participation in mega campaigns (e.g., 3.3, 6.6, 11.11).</li>
<li>Track promotion performance and submit post-campaign sales reports with learnings and ROI. </li>
</ul>
3. Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, best-selling SKUs, and basket size.</li>
<li>Support weekly and monthly business reviews with data and insights for management.</li>
<li>Identify underperforming SKUs and propose corrective actions (price adjustment, bundle, content refresh).</li>
</ul>
4. Content &amp; Creative Coordination
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure updated visuals, copywriting, and assets for campaigns.</li>
<li>Brief and upload TikTok Shop LIVE thumbnails, vouchers, and promotion visuals.</li>
<li>Assist in content scheduling for affiliate or influencer seeding campaigns.</li>
</ul>
5. Customer Experience &amp; Review Management
<ul>
<li>Monitor customer reviews, respond to inquiries promptly, and escalate product issues to relevant departments.</li>
<li>Track customer satisfaction metrics and ensure after-sales service aligns with brand standards.</li>
</ul>
6. Cross-Channel Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Work with Operations on logistics efficiency, order fulfillment accuracy, and delivery timeliness.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Retail and Marketing teams for unified promotions and inventory planning.</li>
<li>Support CRM initiatives such as voucher programs or repurchase incentives to drive retention. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
