<li>Set individual goals for staff, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans where necessary.</li>
<li>Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and manpower management for outlet crews.</li>
<li>Handle store-level events, promotions, and marketing activities effectively.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business strategies.</li>
<li>Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining high satisfaction levels.</li>
<li>Lead by example on the sales floor to drive engagement and sales performance.</li>
