As an Outlet Manager/Supervisor, you will oversee the full spectrum of store operations, ensuring smooth performance, strong sales results, and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead and develop your team, drive store growth, and take ownership of both operational excellence and brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent service and build customer loyalty.
• Set individual goals for staff, monitor performance, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and manpower management for outlet crews.
• Handle store-level events, promotions, and marketing activities effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business strategies.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to drive engagement and sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese/local dialects.
• Energetic, sales-driven, and able to take full ownership of store operations.
• A proactive team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
