Job Description
- Responsible to perform Bank statement upload, monitoring bank interim accounts, and Bank reconciliation
- Ensure proper Accounting Control are performed for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of all postings performed
- Ensure the preparation and circulation of the reports relating to the companies before the deadlines.
- Responsible for on-time handling of all internal and external inquiries accurately
- Responsible for month-end closing activities.
- Perform monthly outlet stock take audit.
- Assist data entry for Account Payable for the day to day transactions
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM in Accounting or equivalent required.
- At lease 1 year experience in Accounting
- Experience in Stock take is added advantage
- Experience in Pos system & SAP is added advantage
