Job Description

• Handle daily accounting functions, including data entry, journal postings, and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including billing and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Support audit and tax-related matters by preparing relevant schedules and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with any ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting (commercial/retail industry, audit, or accounting firm).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAGE, SQL, or similar).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Working hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the probation period; flexible working hours will be available after successful completion of probation.
