Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, journals) and month-end/year-end closing independently.
   
• Prepare monthly accounts and simple financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and proper documentation.
   
• Manage invoicing, payments, staff claims, petty cash and monitor AR & AP aging with follow-up.
   
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance, proficient in accounting software & Excel.
   
• Detail-oriented, responsible, high integrity, with good communication in English & BM (Mandarin an added advantage).

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in accounting, preferably handling full set of accounts.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of double-entry, bookkeeping and closing process.
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented, accurate and highly responsible with good follow-through.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare / wellness / service industry is an added advantage (optional).
