Our Mission

<li>Assist in the preparation of tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and contract documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity take-offs for construction projects.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct site measurements, site valuations, and quantity verification.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding project progress and cost matters.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring expenditure is within the approved budget.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare cost reports, variation orders, and supporting documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of project records.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in site visits to gain practical exposure to construction progress and contract administration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.</li>
</ul>
