Job Description

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content.
• Create festive templates, GIFs, and short videos for social media posts.
• Design visual assets for company events (banners, backdrops, presentation templates).
• Develop a monthly “Top Sales Performance” template.
• Assist agents with custom advertisements and promotional videos.
• Design branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, company swag).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on cohesive brand strategies.
• Maintain and update design templates and brand guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Premiere Pro, and CapCut..
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
•  Female candidate only, due to role-specific team requirements 
• Effective communication skills in Mandarin (spoken & written) .
• Design marketing posters, social media content, and promotional materials — primarily in Mandarin, tailored to our core audience. 
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.
