Job Summary:

The Brand Partnerships Intern will support administrative, research, and communication tasks, gaining hands- on experience in brand partnerships and cross-functional collaboration within the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Handle onboarding processes with malls, delivery platforms, advertising providers, and other partners for all in-house brands (Gigi Coffee, Super Matcha, NewJuice, HeLo Moo!).
• Communication Coordination: Assist in outreach and follow-ups with malls’ marketing teams to secure participation in campaigns and promotional activities.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research on potential brands for collaboration, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as Product, Operations, andBusiness Technology to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and campaigns.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Educational Background:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma or Bachelor's program in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Work Ethic & Attitude:

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and initiative.

- Passion:

• Interest in branding and marketing.
• Strong enthusiasm for the F&B industry and a good understanding of its trends.
