To oversee and manage the successful execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Initiation and Planning:

<li>Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates.</li>
</ul>
Project Execution:
<ul>
<li>Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and installation.</li>
<li>Oversee site inspections and quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.</li>
<li>Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.</li>
</ul>
Client Relationship Management:

<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.</li>
<li>Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.</li>
