Job Description:

To oversee and manage the successful execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation and Planning:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. 
• Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates.

Project Execution:

• Manage and coordinate all project activities, including procurement, construction, and installation.
• Oversee site inspections and quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review project status and discuss any necessary changes.

Financial Management:

• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Prepare and submit accurate project reports, including progress reports and financial statements.
• Manage project invoicing and payments.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Implement effective risk management processes to ensure project success.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff and external contractors.
• Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in [Relevant Field, e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management]
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the cabinetry or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as required
