Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Project Manager to lead and manage facade, aluminium, and glass window & door projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and completion of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the project team and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal departments.

- Monitor project progress and ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

- Prepare and manage project budgets and variation orders.

- Supervise site works, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Review technical drawings, material submissions, and construction methodologies.

- Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

- Handle project documentation, including reports, claims, and handover processes.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in facade, aluminium, or glass-related construction projects.

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and architectural drawings.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
