<li>To take on the ultimate responsibility of quality, environmental, safety and health management for the project.</li>
<li>To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.</li>
<li>To fulfill the company’s contractual obligation to the clients.</li>
<li>To plan, manage, monitor and control project operations.</li>
<li>To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.</li>
<li>To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.</li>
<li>To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.</li>
<li>To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.</li>
<li>To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans. Results of such to conform to specifications and drawings.</li>
<li>To ensure that applicable environmental, safety and health legislative, regulatory and related requirements are fulfilled at project site.</li>
<li>To ensure that site personnel, workers and subcontractors are implementing environmental, safety and health practices at their workplace.</li>
<li>To monitor, control and improve QESH performance at project site.</li>
<li>To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.</li>
