Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems, including electrical wiring, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Assist Project Manager to ensure all works comply with landlord, building, and safety regulations.
- Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for MEP-related works.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed for MEP installation.
- Prepare daily reports and update supervisor on work progress.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures at all times.
- Support other project activities when required.
Job Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in MEP installation or maintenance (fit-out experience is an added advantage).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and M&E schematics.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
