Our Culture

As this job is based in Singapore, the salary range will be in SGD: $5,000 – $7,500. 
<ul>
<li>Take lead on project implementation and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.</li>
<li>To prepare and monitor project schedule, weekly site progress reports, as built drawings and etc.</li>
<li>Plan &amp; execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard</li>
<li>Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship</li>
<li>Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods</li>
<li>Attend to architect/designer/client needs and requests;</li>
<li>Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.· Leading project team for project execution</li>
<li>Chair project or site meeting</li>
<li>Managing project budget and cost control</li>
<li>Quality or standard of workmanship control</li>
<li>General labour and workforce control</li>
