About the Role
We are looking for an adaptable, proactive Intern Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, structuring, and optimizing digital content and web applications to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices. You will work closely with developers and content teams, gaining hands-on experience in managing website lifecycles, from technical implementation and component structuring to testing, automation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Structuring & Management:
  Organize, structure, and optimize content across digital platforms to ensure it is clean, reusable, and discoverable.
  
• Technical Implementation:
  Assist in building and maintaining responsive web interfaces using modern markup and scripting tools.
  
• Testing & Debugging:
  Perform routine testing and debugging to identify root causes of issues, ensuring web platforms run smoothly and efficiently.
  
• Automation & Optimization:
  Support initiatives to streamline workflows and improve application performance.
  
• Deployment Support:
  Assist in managing website development stages through testing and release.
  
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional team members, communicate progress clearly, and take an active, flexible approach to solving project challenges.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic working knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, React, Next.js and PHP. Familiarity with Flutter is a plus.
• Familiarity with the web development lifecycle, including basic website testing and maintenance.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High adaptability and a willingness to step outside your immediate comfort zone to learn new skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and keeping up to date with the latest technological landscape.
• Excellent debugging and critical debugging skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Exposure to version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Basic familiarity with API testing, deployment environments, or web frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js, modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or similar), or web services.
• Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP) is a big plus.
