Account Receivable

Job descriptions:

1. Responsible for maintaining the dealer customer master data.
2. Responsible for confirming the collection of payments for vehicles and parts, and handling sales settlements in the system.
3. Responsible for accounting the sales receipts and clearing customer accounts.
4. Responsible for preparing customer statements and following up on outstanding payments for credit sales orders.
5. Responsible for managing and registering imported vehicle AP documents and notifying casher to pay the excise duty after receiving payment for assembled vehicles in Malaysia.
6. Responsible for purchasing credit insurance for credit sales orders.
7. Responsible for issuing sales invoices.
8. Responsible for financial monitoring of the company’s fixed asset ledger and regular inventory checks.
9. Responsible for accounting the company's inventory purchases, inventory control, and conducting regular stocktaking.
10. Responsible for preparing the monthly financial report for account receivable.

岗位职责

1.  负责经销商客户主数据维护

2.  负责整车和配件等收款的确认和系统内销售结算，

3.  负责销售收款的记账和客户往来账清账

4.  负责客户对账单的编制和赊销订单尾款的跟进和催收

5.  负责进口整车AP单据的管理和发出登记，并在马来西亚组装车辆收款后，通知银行出     

    纳缴纳消费税

6.  负责赊销订单中信保保险的购买

7.  负责销售发票的开具

8.  负责公司固定资产台账的登记的财务监控，定期盘点

9.  负责公司库存采购入库的记账，库存掌控，定期盘点

10.  负责本岗位月度财务报表的编制

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking and any related field.
2. 1 to 3 years related experiences in Finance or Account Receivable. (Automotive field will be advantage)
3. Good communication and analysis skills.
4. Good command in bilingual communication.
