We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our agency. This internship provides hands-on experience in the financial industry, offering an excellent opportunity to learn about client service, policy management, sales support and many more.&nbsp;
Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will develop valuable skills in customer relations, office operations, and financial products.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in the day-to-day operations of the agency, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.</li>
<li>Support advisors with customer service tasks such as answering inquiries, processing claims, and preparing policy documents.</li>
<li>Perform research on financial products, coverages, and industry trends to assist agents with client needs.</li>
<li>Help in preparing quotes, renewals, and policy changes.</li>
<li>Organize and participate in team meetings and training sessions.</li>
<li>Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives, such as creating promotional materials.</li>
<li>Learn about social media marketing.</li>
<li>Learn and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in customer service and confidentiality.</li>
