Job Description (Service Crew)
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and process orders via POS system
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure tables and dining area are clean and well-maintained
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and feedback
- Support daily restaurant operations as needed
