We seek a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help us breach the gap between our leadership enrichment centre to our target audience. We are looking for someone who is creative, innovative, and passionate about education and leadership development! You will get to be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our programs and services, increase brand awareness, and attract new students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our leadership enrichment centre.
• Manage our social media accounts and create engaging content to attract followers and increase engagement.
• Write and distribute newsletters, emails, and other marketing materials to keep our current and potential students/parents informed about our programs and events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with our team to create and execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Develop relationships with media outlets and community organisations to promote our centre and its programs.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and relevant.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education or enrichment industry.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
• Experience with content creation and social media management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
