This includes monitor the QC and packing activity, packaging material, equipment and machine used.</li> <li>Assist in enforcing the company rules and regulations, work and safety regulations and implementation of ISO 9001/13485/GMP requirements. </li> </ul> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Ensure all OQC workers are performed their jobs according to the written work instruction.</li> <li>To organise and plan the glove for inspection and repacking by the OQC operator.</li> <li>To ensure segregation of NR and NBR product at all OQC area.</li> <li>To place packaging materials from the store by based on the packing plan.</li> <li>To organise and plan the gloves for checking and packing.</li> <li>Verify and monitor the work done by OQC Group Leaders, Inspector and Operators.</li> <li>To handle and follow up on the problems reported by OQC Group Leaders.</li> <li>Checked and reviewed all checklist and reports from Group Leaders by timely basis.</li> <li>Assist OQC Executive/Manager in organizing and planning the work in QC and packing.</li> <li>To provide on job training to the QC Tester, Packers, Inspectors and Group Leaders.</li> <li>To ensure QC and packing procedure and packing method are implemented and practised.</li> <li>Ensure OQC room, storage, packaging and final packing area is clean and tidy at all times.</li> <li>Ensure the product is stored, labelled and segregated at designated area.</li> <li>Ensure workers are handle product in correct manner and not causing any damage or contamination onto the products.</li> <li>Inform to Executive or manager for any equipment need to be repair, service or calibrate.</li> <li>To conduct appraisal for the worker during probationer period.</li> <li>To enforce company’s rule and regulations.</li> <li>Ensure compliance of work safety practise.</li> <li>Any other task that may be assigned. </li> </ul> REQUIREMENTS Education: <ul> <li>Minimum SPM or equivalent working experience. </li> </ul> Work Experience: <ul> <li>Preferable with working experience in glove manufacturing plant for at least 1 year. </li> </ul> Technical and Professional Knowledge: <ul> <li>Supervisory skills</li> <li>Good in human relation skill</li> <li>Knowledge in planning.</li> <li>Able to read, write and speak in BM and BI.</li> <li>Able to do planning and time study.</li> <li>Able to do calculation. </li> </ul> Certification / License Requirement: <ul> <li>N/A</li> </ul></div>
