Job Description

• To supervise and manage on line quality control process and quality management system of goods.
• Continuous line improvement on process flow and working method
• to ensure GMP and HACCP procedure is followed and implemented and all documents are recorded and updated.
• To assist in Halal Certification as and when required.
• Ensure the entire quality is under department objective.
• Liaise with other department in any issue related to quality aspects.
• Participate in internal and external complaint or quality issue solving.
• Ensure the entire quality inspection systems are maintained and container inspection is in order.
• To monitor control measures and correction actions.
• Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated and maintained.
• Establish and maintain quality control and assurance for the manufacturing process including incoming raw materials testing, in-process testing till final inspection.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Degree in Food Science & Technology
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in the related field in food manufacturing environment
• Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to perform shift work.
