Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images. (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).
• Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse and related teams as needed.
• Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.
• Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.
• Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Brands owners and Ecommerce marketers, Marketplace account managers, Logistics, Media Partners and Finance to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.
• Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience or have relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma / Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.
• Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
