Job Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assist in create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images. (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).</li>
<li>Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.</li>
<li>Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse and related teams as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.</li>
<li>Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.</li>
<li>Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.</li>
<li>Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.</li>
<li>Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Brands owners and Ecommerce marketers, Marketplace account managers, Logistics, Media Partners and Finance to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.</li>
<li>Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.</li>
