We're looking for someone with fire in their belly — a fast learner who's genuinely curious about products, markets, and how businesses grow. This isn't a "wait for instructions" role. You'll be helping shape new packaging products, spotting opportunities in the market, and turning ideas into real business wins. If you love asking "why not?" and "what if we tried this instead?", this is your playground.
What You'll Be Doing
Bring New Products to Life
- Hunt for the next great packaging idea — research trends, materials, and what customers actually want
- Work directly with suppliers (including overseas ones) to source samples and specs for new products
- Get hands-on rebranding supplier catalogues into something uniquely Helipro
Think Like a Business Owner
- Dig into competitor products and pricing — find the gaps we can win in
- Pitch your own ideas for new products or market opportunities — we want to hear them
- Help build proposals and quotations that turn opportunities into deals
- Track leads and business wins from the products you help bring to market
Make Us Look Good
- Create catalogues, brochures, and content that make our products shine
- Help plan launches, trade shows, and client pitches for new products
- Support our digital presence (social media, WhatsApp Business) with fresh content ideas
Job Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- A fast learner who picks things up quickly and isn't afraid of the unfamiliar
- A strong idea person — you see problems as puzzles, not roadblocks
- Genuinely passionate about business, products, or marketing (show us, don't just tell us)
- Comfortable talking to people — suppliers, customers, colleagues — in English and Malay (Mandarin/Chinese is a big plus)
- Organized enough to juggle a few moving projects at once, without losing the plot
- SPM or Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field — but honestly, attitude matters more than paper qualifications
- 0–2 years' experience — fresh grads with the right hustle are very welcome
