Project Manager

The Project Manager is accountable in delivering and leading the Low-Pressure Compression (LPC) Project to company’s goals and objectives which consists of approximately 35 personnel in delivering the project.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure that the project is delivered to quality, schedule and costs targets set by the Company.
• Ensure that all statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
• Ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the project’s standards and specifications, and any changes shall be managed using the pre-defined Management of Change process.
• Be accountable for identifying, documenting, reporting and managing all risks related to the delivery of the project.
• Be accountable for the development of the project budget, and reporting of expenditures and forecasts as per Company’s financial forecasting and reporting schedule.
• Rigorously monitor project progress, expenditures, risk mitigations and implementation of Company’s initiatives, and intervene as required.
• Be accountable for regular, periodic, reporting of project progress, not limiting to Monthly Project Progress Reports, periodic Project Progress Meetings, and management meetings.
• Responsible in managing the interface between all stakeholders involved in the project, such as Contractors, Joint Venture partners, authorities and internal departments.
• Provide support and coaching to local employees in the project team.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Recognized relevant Engineering Degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry including experience in project management.
• Track record in leading a multi-disciplinary team in a project and/or engineering management environment.
• Essential experience including development of project schedule and execution plan, cost engineering, overall contracting strategy, cost reporting and stakeholder management.
• Experience in project management involving civil work at onshore locations is essential.
• Experience in project management involving brownfield modifications and SIMOPS is preferred.
• Experience in project management in the Southeast Asia region is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices in the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to travel to Company’s worksite nationally and internationally as when required.
