Job Description

As a Digital Marketing & SEO Senior Executive, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing Hiredly's digital marketing and SEO strategies to achieve our business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms, focusing on driving traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website elements, including meta tags, headings, and URLs.
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs and SEMrush, providing actionable insights. 
  • Optimize user experiences through A/B testing, landing page enhancements, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and SEO trends to enhance overall brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to create SEO-friendly content and resolve technical issues.
  • Drive cross-functional squads and projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Analyze and report on campaign and project performance, using data to guide decisions and strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including performance marketing and SEO.
  • Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube) and Facebook Ads. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms is a plus.
  • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs and data visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Wix & Webflow) and basic creative tools is a plus.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills and the ability to present clear insights and strategies.
