The Vibe: Forget fetching coffee. At Hiredly, you’re joining the creative frontline. We are looking for a content obsessionist who understands the nuances between a polished LinkedIn carousel and a chaotic Gen Z TikTok. You will be creating content that thousands of people see every day.

Your Mission:

• Own the Feed: Manage our presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta (IG/FB), XiaoHongShu, and Douyin.
• Master the Edit: Produce high-quality, fast-paced videos using CapCut. You know how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds.
• Design That Pops: Create beautiful, shareable carousels and graphics.
• All-Rounder Support: You are a true Swiss Army Knife. From helping set up university engagement booths to organizing office admin, you are the person we can count on to get things done.

🚩 Red Flags (Do NOT Apply If):

• You move slowly. We embrace speed. If you need 3 days to edit one 15-second video, you will struggle here.
• You are disorganized. We juggle multiple platforms. If you can’t keep your files and schedule tight, you’ll drown.
• You get overwhelmed easily. Things change fast here. We need someone who can pivot instantly without panicking.
• You wait to be told what to do. We want problem solvers with a "can-do" attitude, not order takers.

Job Requirements

Who You Are:

• Background: We don’t care what you study (Engineering? Culinary? Marketing? Doesn't matter). We care that you can do the work.
• A Creator: You have a portfolio or a personal feed that proves you know how to edit and design.
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva
• Language: Strong command of English. (Proficiency in Mandarin for XHS/Douyin content is a massive plus).
• The Personality: You are sharp, organized, and hungry to learn.
