Our history can be traced back to October 2010 when we opened our first bubble tea outlet in Malaysia.​
We introduced the Tealive brand back in February 2017 and today, we are proud to be the leading regional lifestyle tea brand in Southeast Asia. Tealive now offers more than 45 types of drinks with a wide range of topping options.

Tealive now has over 1000 outlets across three continents serving over five million consumers per month.

Under our wings, we also have Bask Bear Coffee, which is the largest delivered virtual coffee brand in Malaysia with over 130 physical and virtual locations.

With our Look-Out-Of-Box approach, we innovated our own machines to enable Tealive outlets to create sparkling drinks in-house. Thus SodaXpress, Malaysia’s only sparkling water brand, was born.

Leveraging on our experience and knowledge gained in brand management and operation of Tealive outlets, we have gradually expanded our market by adopting the multi-brand business model to capture a wider spectrum of customers.

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media cum Design Executive to join our FMCG team! If you live and breathe social media, have an eye for good design, and love turning ideas into engaging content — we want to hear from you. You'll be at the heart of our brand's digital presence, supporting campaigns, content creation, and creative execution across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
<ul>
<li>Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms</li>
<li>Write engaging captions, copies, and campaign messaging</li>
<li>Monitor and manage day-to-day social media interactions including comments, messages, and engagement</li>
</ul>
Content Creation
<ul>
<li>Produce and edit short-form video content such as Reels and TikToks for campaigns and product launches</li>
<li>Contribute creative ideas aligned with trending topics, brand campaigns, and brand positioning</li>
</ul>
Campaign &amp; Performance Support
<ul>
<li>Assist in setting up and monitoring digital campaigns and social media ads</li>
<li>Track and compile key performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and generate basic insights reports</li>
</ul>
Creative &amp; Design
<ul>
<li>Design marketing collaterals including product visuals, POSM, event materials, and packaging adaptations</li>
<li>Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity</li>
</ul>
Coordination &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to support campaigns, promotions, and festive activations</li>
</ul>
