Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement across platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Tech, Business, and Design teams to gather requirements and align on product direction.
• Own end-to-end design projects, ensuring solutions meet both user needs and business goals.
• Maintain and contribute to Hiredly’s design system for consistency across products.
• Define product strategy and contribute to the product roadmap with clear priorities and timelines.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and timely feature releases.
• Analyze product metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention) to inform iterative improvements. 
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with product insights 
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive products to drive innovation and relevance.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and basic usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus if you have strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting, insights, and collaboration with data teams (SQL experience is an advantage)
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in solving design challenges.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
