Job Description

  • Manage full spectrum of financial and accounting functions.
  •  Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for month-end closing and other financial matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
  •  Responsible for the overall preparation of management and financial reports in compliance with
  • management requirements, such as Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement, etc.
  •  Participate in the development of financial plans, forecasts, transfer pricing, tax planning and
  • review of business opportunities.
  •  Oversee and manage the preparation of the annual budget and forecast update.
  •  Execute long-term budgetary planning and cost management to align with strategic plans.
  •  Ensure compliance to regulatory requirement such as audit and tax.
  •  Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
  •  Implements process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness,
  • as and when required.
  •  To lead of participation in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by superiors from time-to-time.

Job Requirements

  •  Possess Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting, or equivalent.
  •  Candidate with professional qualification in ACCA/CPA/MICPA is preferred.
  •  Minimum Five (5) years of relevant working experience in accounting role.
  •  A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strong leadership qualities and possess experience in supervising a finance team is preferred.
  •  Proactive, flexible, adaptable, analytical and result oriented.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and computer literate.
  •  Experience in Auto Count and Oracle Netsuite will be an added advantage.
  •  Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
