Job Description

Conduct and review valuations for M&A, financial reporting, litigation, startups and various other clients
Develop and apply financial models in Excel.
Review valuation reports from junior associates and provide technical guidance.
Take ownership of assigned projects
Work closely with the Valuation Manager and support client discussions

Job Requirements

3-5 years of valuation or financial modelling experience with the ability to handle projects independently.
Strong familiarity with IVS and financial reporting standards (IFRS) is preferred
Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
Familiarity with startup valuations, intangible assets, and litigation-related valuations is a plus.
CFA, ICAEW, or CPA is an advantage but not required.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
