<li>&nbsp;Provide leadership to a team of Solution Architects, offering guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery of digital/technology solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop architecture standards and frameworks to support the overall technology roadmap and compliance standards for digital/technology solutions development and implementation within the organization.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Align enterprise architecture with the overall business strategy, including business, data and database, application/solution, technology, security, and infrastructure architecture.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Establish and enforce standards and best practices for solutions development, ensuring seamless integration with the rest of the organization's technology infrastructure.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Implement secure software development practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for security and compliance requirements, including access controls, vulnerability monitoring, secure data transfer, coding practices, and automated security testing.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Continuously improve applications based on feedback from customers, business and technical teams, prioritize development work, and deliver according to Agile principles using SCRUM methodology.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage final-tier customer issues resolution related to mobile and web applications, including problem analysis, root cause identification, solution provision, and prioritization into product backlog.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure digital/technology solutions are holistic, fault-tolerant, scalable, and meet performance requirements through a continuous improvement process.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare and review up-to-date documentation and coach business users through training and support to enable delivery of excellent customer service.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, breaking down silos, sharing information and knowledge, and establishing clear communication channels.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead by example and be an Agile coach to create a culture of continuous improvement, help transition the organization to an Agile way of working, and become self-organizing and self-managing.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage budgets and timelines for the solution architecture team, ensuring completion of projects on time and within budget.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, provide thought leadership in cloud computing, digital transformation, and innovation.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Facilitate technology innovation and continuous improvement through the creation of proof-of-concepts and prototypes to support the growth and usage of the applications.</li>
