<h4><strong>The Job:</strong></h4>
<ol>
<li><strong><ins>DevOps &amp; Infrastructure Management<br></ins></strong>• Lead DevOps initiatives covering CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and environment reliability across staging, UAT, and production.<br>• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and scalability of cloud and on-premise systems.<br>• Optimise infrastructure performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with data governance frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, SOC2).<br></li>
<li><strong><ins>Network &amp; IT Operations<br></ins></strong>• Manage internal network systems, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.<br>• Oversee IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.<br>• Maintain accurate documentation for network topology, device inventory, and access management logs.<br></li>
<li><strong><ins>Office Workspace &amp; Asset Management<br></ins></strong>• Supervise office workspace allocation, IT asset lifecycle, and hardware procurement.<br>• Coordinate with HR and Admin to ensure efficient onboarding and workstation setup.<br>• Uphold safety, ergonomic, and facility management standards.<br></li>
<li><strong><ins>Security &amp; Compliance<br></ins></strong>• Implement and enforce IT security protocols and compliance frameworks.<br>• Monitor potential threats and apply proactive risk mitigation measures.<br>• Conduct periodic audits on system access, configuration, and security controls.<br></li>
<li><strong><ins>Leadership &amp; Strategic Planning<br></ins></strong>• Mentor and guide the Systems Engineering team to deliver high operational standards.<br>• Develop SOPs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<br>• Report system metrics, incidents, and recommendations to senior management.<br></li>
