This role will be gathering and analysing customer feedback, defining product R&amp;D Business Analyst features, creating user stories, and collaborating with the development team to bring new products or features to market.

1. Requirements Gathering:

2. Requirement Analysis:

<li>Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business goals.</li>
<li>Create detailed requirement specifications and documentation.</li>
</ul>

3. Solution Design:
<ul>
<li>Keep up-to-date with current business trends and practices across multiple industries.</li>
<li>Develop and propose solutions to meet business requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.</li>
</ul>

4. Process Improvement:
<ul>
<li>Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Recommend and implement process enhancements.</li>
</ul>

5. Stakeholder Communication:
<ul>
<li>Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.</li>
<li>Ensure that requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.</li>
</ul>

6. Testing and Validation:

<li>Develop test plans and test cases to validate that solutions meet business requirements.</li>
