Job Description

    Client & Account Management

    • Represent the company in all customer and prospect-facing communications.
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
    • Identify and engage the appropriate stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Foster long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
    • Understand client requirements and roadmaps to provide suitable solutions in a timely manner.
    • Manage activities across the entire account lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, project coordination, and post-sales support.

    New Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the financial services sector.
    • Conduct professional and persuasive product presentations in person and virtually.
    • Develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Participate in RFI/RFP (tender) processes and ensure alignment with client needs and requirements.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal teams including presales, delivery, and legal to ensure client needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
    • Support contract negotiation processes and facilitate agreement sign-offs.
    • Proactively suggest improvements to solutions, materials, or processes that benefit both the client and the business.

    Market Engagement & Knowledge Management

    • Attend and organize industry events to strengthen networks within the financial services domain.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, evolving market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs on both local and regional levels.

    Strategic Communication & Relationship Building

    • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives (C-level).
    • Tailor technical and commercial content appropriately to various audience levels.
    • Handle multiple interactions across varied audiences with agility and professionalism.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage client collections in line with agreed payment terms.

Job Requirements

    Experience & Background

    • Proven experience in account management.
    • Solid understanding of the financial services industry, especially digital payments.
    • Experience with B2B sales, particularly in technology or financial software solutions.
    • Experience participating in RFI/RFP processes (tender).
    • Background in contract negotiation and sales strategy development is a plus.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong business development and sales planning skills.
    • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Ability to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
    • Effective presentation and communication skills, both face-to-face and online.
    • Ability to communicate with multiple audience levels, including C-level executives.
    • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., presales, delivery, legal).
    • Knowledge of digital payment solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Ability to adapt technical content for audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
