<p>This role focuses on creating large-scale themed and experiential environments that are physically built and experienced in the real world. The work involves sculpting natural and realistic forms for themed spaces, installations, and environments, rather than fictional or animated concepts.<br></p>
<p>The Digital Sculptor will use <strong>ZBrush as the primary sculpting tool</strong> to create detailed 3D models and work closely with fabrication teams to translate digital sculpts into <strong>physical clay and sculpted forms</strong>. The role is hands-on and production-driven, requiring a strong understanding of how digital work translates into real-world builds.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Digital Sculpting (ZBrush)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create high-quality 3D sculpts using <strong>ZBrush (mandatory)</strong></li>
<li>Sculpt natural and realistic forms such as terrain, rocks, textures, and organic elements</li>
<li>Ensure digital sculpts are suitable for scaling and physical fabrication</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Physical Sculpting &amp; Fabrication</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Translate ZBrush sculpts into physical clay or sculpted forms</li>
<li>Work closely with fabrication and production teams during build stages</li>
<li>Adjust and refine designs based on physical mock-ups and feedback</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Project Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with designers, project teams, and site teams</li>
<li>Support on-site revisions and refinements when required</li>
<li>Ensure sculpted elements align with construction and theming requirements</li>
</ul>
